INITIAL TWO-HOUR DISCOVERY SESSION
Your initial TWO-HOUR Consultation visit is all about the "Discovery". Through the Metabolic Chaos Scorecard questionnaire, we will take a deep-dive look into every major organ system of your body. This directs us to the organ systems with which we should be focusing our attention. We will extensively explore your case getting to the ROOT CAUSE of your symptoms and why you feel the way you do.
You are also welcome to bring any past LABS or BLOOD WORK that we can incorporate into the Discovery Session.
We will also discuss the nature of the health coaching relationship and the Lab options recommended for your case. Once your Discovery Session is completed, you have the option to work with The Root Cause Solution and access the lab tests. We will create a customized care plan that will put you on the path to healing.
If you are not ready for lab testing, we can still work together as a bridge between your self-care and medical care, to support and guide you through your wellness journey.
The cost for the two-hour visit is $250. Follow-up visits are $75 for 60 minutes.
